In March of 2004, Santa Lucia ROP formed a non-profit foundation to benefit and support SLROP students. Specifically, the corporation was organized to assist in preparing students for success by providing them with high quality career training and support services which meet their educational and occupational goals.
Goals
To provide resources to students for their success
To provide scholarships to ROP students
To provide state-of-the art equipment
To strengthen partnerships with the community in support of ROP programs
Scholarships
Each year the ROP Foundation awards scholarships to current ROP students to assist them in continuing their education after graduation from high school. Scholarship applications are made available to students once a year.
Donations
Examples of contributions are:
Donating equipment for programs
Donating equipment to be sold to raise funds
Donating your expertise
Cash donations (contributions are deductible to the extent of the law)
